About the Agency

Christopher Diaz Trevino picks up. That's the whole business.

Built on one idea: answer the phone.

Chris Diaz Trevino got his California insurance license in 2016 and opened CDT Insurance Agency in Brentwood. Before that, he saw what most people hate about insurance: the runaround. The 800 numbers. The agent-of-the-week who's never heard of you. The closing that falls through because nobody could get a binder on a Saturday.

So he built his agency differently. He gives every client his direct cell phone number. He answers it seven days a week — weekdays, weekends, evenings. If he's with another client, he texts you back within the hour. No call center, no phone tree, no chatbot, no "please hold for the next available representative."

Over the last decade, Chris has written policies for hundreds of families and businesses across Brentwood, Antioch, Oakley, Pittsburg, Discovery Bay, and the greater East Bay. He's saved real estate deals that were supposed to close hours earlier. He's helped contractors get the coverage they need to keep working. He's made sure families are protected if the worst happens.

The promise is simple: you call my cell, I answer.

How the agency works.

Your call goes to my cell phone.

Not a call center. Not a queue. Not a chatbot. When you call (925) 494-4551, it rings on me. If I can't pick up, I text you back — usually within the hour, seven days a week.

I explain things in plain English.

Insurance is full of jargon. I translate it. When I give you a quote, I tell you what it covers, what it doesn't, and why — not just hand you a price.

I stay your agent after the sale.

For claims, changes, renewals, and questions. The same person who wrote your policy is the same person you call when you need something. No getting bounced to a different department.

I work weekends because closings don't.

If your buyer needs a binder on a Saturday, I write it. If your closing is Monday and it's already Friday afternoon, I pick up. That's the whole point.

Local to Brentwood and the East Bay.

Chris lives and works in Brentwood. The office is on Walnut Blvd, right in town. He knows the neighborhoods, the schools, the commute patterns, and the local business community. When you ask about insurance for a home near the Vineyards or a business on Sand Creek Road, he knows exactly what you're talking about.

Christopher Diaz Trevino - Farmers Insurance is part of the East Contra Costa business community. Chris works with local real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, and small business owners across Brentwood, Antioch, Oakley, Pittsburg, and Discovery Bay.
