Chris Diaz Trevino got his California insurance license in 2016 and opened CDT Insurance Agency in Brentwood. Before that, he saw what most people hate about insurance: the runaround. So he built his agency differently. He gives every client his direct cell phone number. He answers it seven days a week — weekdays, weekends, evenings.
