Who we are

What information we collect
When you request an insurance quote or become a client, we collect the information needed to quote and service your insurance: your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, date of birth, and details about what you want to insure (such as your home or vehicle). When you submit the quote form on this website, the information you enter is sent securely to our agency through our website form service and email provider so Chris can follow up with you. We may use a customer relationship management system to manage your inquiry. If you exchange text messages or calls with our office, we keep a record of those conversations so we can serve you accurately.
How we use it
We use your information only to provide insurance services: preparing and following up on quotes you requested, servicing your policies, sending renewal and appointment reminders, and answering your questions. Some follow-up calls and text messages may be initiated with the assistance of automated technology, always subject to your consent and your right to opt out at any time.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. See our Text Messaging Terms & Conditions.
WhatsApp quote follow-up
On our Spanish home-and-auto page, you choose WhatsApp, a call, or email for follow-up. WhatsApp permission is optional and is not permission for SMS messages. If you choose WhatsApp, we record your selection and the permission wording with your inquiry. After successful submission, the WhatsApp button opens a prepared message to our agency number, (925) 471-2562. You must send that message to start the conversation. The prepared message includes only a request reference, not your date of birth, address, or quote answers. WhatsApp processes messages according to its own terms and privacy policy. Tell us in the conversation if you want us to stop contacting you through WhatsApp.

What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information is shared only as needed to provide your insurance — for example, with Farmers Insurance to issue a policy you asked for.
Your choices

Website analytics
This website uses Meta Pixel on its short lead-request pages to measure visits and successful requests. Advertising campaign tags and referral information may accompany your inquiry so we can understand where requests come from. Our detailed quote forms, including the Spanish home-quote page linked from Facebook, do not load Meta Pixel. After a Spanish home or home-and-auto request is delivered, a separate confirmation page can send a generic PageView and Lead event. Date of birth, property address, name, phone, email and other quote answers are not included in those events or the confirmation URL. Meta may receive browser and device information and advertising cookie identifiers. The confirmation page uses temporary session metadata to prevent repeated lead events, skips marked tests, and does not load Pixel when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.
