What information we collect
When you request an insurance quote or become a client, we collect the information needed to quote and service your insurance: your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, date of birth, and details about what you want to insure (such as your home or vehicle). When you submit the quote form on this website, the information you enter is sent to our customer relationship management system so Chris can follow up with you. If you exchange text messages or calls with our office, we keep a record of those conversations so we can serve you accurately.
How we use it
We use your information only to provide insurance services: preparing and following up on quotes you requested, servicing your policies, sending renewal and appointment reminders, and answering your questions. Some follow-up calls and text messages may be initiated with the assistance of automated technology, always subject to your consent and your right to opt out at any time.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
